meet Pamela Spess

Pamela Spess provides all of the Medical Micropigmentation procedures at Plastic Surgery Center of Tulsa.

She has a degree in Applied Science and is a graduate of Permanent Cosmetics Clinics and Education Associates, Grand Rapids, Michigan. In addition, Pamela has specialized training in the anatomy of the neck and head and in the administration of local anesthesia. She is certified by the American Permanent Cosmetics Association and the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals.

Pamela is licensed in the state of Oklahoma to perform Medical Micropigmentation.
